Ms. Millers BIO
Ms. Ann Miller
Hello!
My name is Ann Miller, I was born and raised in Minnesota. My mother was a teacher and she instilled in me that I had a natural ability to work with children. I love seeing the light bulb come on and the joy a student has when they have their "aha" moment.
I attended North Dakota State University and received my AA degree in Infant and Toddler Development and my BS degree in Child Development and Family Relations. I have a Masters in Education from Troy University.
I have three grown children and four active grandchildren. There is never a dull moment when they all come to "Muka's" House. We currently live on Jackson Lake, where we love to spend time on the water and love to camp.
My teaching career started in 2000. I have the pleasure of teaching, Teaching as a Profession and Early Childhood Education. I am excited to work at Locust Grove High School as the Work Based Learning Learder. I want to instill in my students a greater appreciation for the world of work! During WBL I exsited for students will gain valuable real-world knowledge and application in the work place.
I love what I do and love the students who I come in contact with every day.
