This site is maintained by Perdue University, and while it is built to aid college students, it is certainly comprehensive enough for most any high school student. The MLA and APA academic submission style guides are VERY current and well maintained, and this component of the site is the one I value the most; however, the site is also rich in essay writing tips, technical document composition and formatting, and all kinds of grammar and composition help.
